Reference:

AL0 – by OP sensor. Time delay – Δt=10 sec, or 15 trips in a row. If it occurs before the engine starts – there is a problem with the generator (AL7). The engine stops.
AL1 – by WTS sensor. On new units, the shutdown logic depends on the ATS sensor readings. If ATS < 50 °C, shutdown at a temperature of 110 °C. If ATS > 50 °C, a 5-minute countdown and shutdown if the temperature has not dropped below 110 °C. At 116 °C – immediate shutdown of the unit.
AL2 – high discharge pressure or low suction pressure, since the LP and HP sensors are in series in the circuit.
AL3 – oil pressure did not appear and the battery did not charge.
AL4– below 10V, excluding the starter and spark plugs operating time, time delay of 15 sec (with Eprom 3.29).
AL5 – above 17V. Either the voltage regulator or the processor is faulty.
AL6 – the DTT sensor did not open after 45 minutes. Cooling mode is turned on, the defrost interval is set to 1.5 hours.
AL7 – 12V disappears from contact 29 of the processor. If the error occurred before the engine was started, the problem is with the oil pressure sensor (AL0) - "stuck".
AL8 – when the starter is turned on, the starter motor power supply circuit must be energized.
AL9 – RAS is open or shorted. If the set temperature is below -12 °C, operation in cold mode at low speed. At the set temperature above -12 °C, the unit stops.
AL10 – SAS is open or shorted. Control is transferred to RAS.
AL11 – WTS is open or shorted. The unit does not stop.
AL13 – CDT discharge temperature sensor is open or shorted (not available on all units).
AL14 – in standby mode, there is no signal on processor contact 27. Either current or thermal protection has tripped.
AL15 – fuses are monitored, next to which diodes are installed (current appears on contact 34 of the processor).
AL17 – communication between the display module and the processor is lost.
AL18 – engine hour meter. At the factory, it is set to 400 hours. When performing maintenance, set 1000 hours using the Reefer Manager program (connection via a serial port).
AL20,21 – the set temperature was reached at least once, then went out of the permissible range, and cannot return within 15 minutes.
